      This light is beautiful but it was way too bright for our dining room. I made it dimmable by replacing the LED driver with a ERP ESM040W-0900-42. I'm using a Lutron triac dimmer switch. Works great and now the wife gets the light she wants and we don't need to wear sunglasses at the dinner table.

      Quality is good enough. Installation is a little tricky (you will need 2 people). Adjustment for the length of the cables (for height adj) is not very clear in the instructions but is actually very easy by pushing up on the exposed sleeve. There is a small delay from switch "ON" to the light actually turning on. Overall, very happy with the unit.
